- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing information on destinations, itineraries, pricing, and booking options
- Assisting clients with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Resolving issues promptly
- Ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Following up on pending requests
- Collaborating with travel partners to confirm services and address any service disruptions
- Representing Blue Wave Travels with professional, courteous communication and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on responsive and helpful client interactions
- Experience fostering Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through problem solving and follow-through
- Professional Phone Etiquette and clear written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requests, and prioritize effectively
- Comfort using travel booking tools, CRM systems, and standard office software
- High attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn destination and product information
- Availability to work full-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs
- Prior travel industry experience is a plus
