Sales Development Representative

Cappio Technologies is empowering local businesses with an AI-driven lead generation system. They are seeking an elite Sales Development Representative to drive sales and build recurring income by connecting business owners with their innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate your own pipeline through provided leads/cold outreach — calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Leverage your existing network — if you have relationships with business owners, those warm connections are worth serious money in this role
• Identify and qualify business owners in dental, legal, home services, and similar local industries
• Present Cappio's AI lead generation system and connect the dots between their pain and our solution
• Book discovery calls for our team OR close the deal yourself — you have full flexibility
• Manage your pipeline inside our CRM and follow up relentlessly
• Hit monthly activity metrics and report on your numbers

Requirements:

• Experienced in outbound sales — you've made cold calls, sent cold emails, and worked a pipeline before
• Hungry and coachable — you follow proven systems, take feedback, and do what it takes to win
• Well-networked — you have existing relationships with business owners or referral partners you can activate
• Self-directed — you set your own schedule and hold yourself accountable to your numbers
• Confident in the close — you can book the call and close the deal when the opportunity is there
• Motivated by recurring income — you think long-term and want to build a book, not just collect one-time checks
• Experience selling to SMBs (small and medium-sized businesses) is a strong plus
• Familiarity with AI, marketing technology, or lead generation tools is a bonus
