EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Solution Architect to help customers achieve their business goals and strategy. The ideal candidate will design and deliver customized Salesforce solutions, guiding customers through their digital transformation and serving as a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop scalable data architectures and integrate customer data across multiple systems and platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, sales, customer service) to deliver end-to-end data-driven solutions
- Define and implement data integration strategies, focusing on ingestion, transformation, and unification of data
- Establish best practices for data quality, security, and governance across the organization
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related Salesforce products
- Mentor and train internal teams on Salesforce functionalities, best practices, and new features
- Stay current with Salesforce innovations and share insights to drive organizational growth and data capabilities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis or Functional Consulting experience in emerging technologies or related technical fields
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Consultant, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
- Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom development and third-party integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience with the configuration of the Salesforce platform
- Experience with agile project management and delivering data solutions on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to quickly adapt to new Salesforce updates and industry trends
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
