AI Platform Engineer

Glint Tech Solutions is a women-owned global staffing and IT recruiting firm connecting top technical talent with leading enterprise clients across the United States. They are seeking an AI Platform Engineer to translate AI reference architectures into secure, scalable cloud configurations and ensure compliance with enterprise security and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Convert AI reference architectures into deployable cloud configurations using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, and CI/CD pipelines
• Configure and operate Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search, MuleSoft integration layers, Salesforce Agentforce, Anthropic, and OpenAI services
• Build reusable platform components, landing zones, and environment promotion patterns (dev test prod)
• Translate AI governance policies into technical controls — policy-as-code, Azure Policy, RBAC, network isolation, and data egress restrictions
• Implement HIPAA, CMS, and Zero Data Retention compliance controls including audit logging and prompt/response logging
• Deliver paved-path templates, starter kits, and self-service capabilities for development teams
• Monitor platform health, capacity, and cost; support incident response and continuous improvement
• Maintain platform documentation, runbooks, and architectural decision records
