IT Order & Fulfillment Technician

The IT Order and Fulfillment Technician is skilled and experienced with receiving and completing order. Responsible for handling all order and fulfillment matters including but not limited to stocking orders, reviewing all tracked and received shipments, and assessing vendor pricing and performance.

• Complete requests for materials and equipment for End User Services, New Builds, Audio Visual and Networking Review scheduled orders to ensure correct priority and processing of purchase requests and order placement with selected vendor
• Ensure vendor administration and tracking delivery of orders, as well as exceptions and vendor errors
• Work with the Global Order and Fulfillment Team to regularly assess vendor pricing and performance
• Ensure that orders are placed through the correct vendors and maintaining visibility to confirm delivery to multiple offices around the US and international
• Complete additional tasks assigned by Logistics Team Lead or Management

Skills

• HS Diploma or GED or Any Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory or related field
• Available to work 40 hours/5 days per week
• Strong organizational skills and solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ready, willing, and able to deliver excellence independently or collaboratively
• Strong understanding of different operating systems (MAC, Windows, and LINUX)
• Analytical thinker who can help organize and complete tasks Innovative and self-motivated, with a keen ability to ask questions, as well as a self-directed learner

• Possess experience with inventory management
• Experience in purchasing, which may include working with vendors, creating purchase orders, and invoicing

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in logistics, inventory or related field
