Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking an experienced Senior Low Voltage Systems Technician to lead the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security, networking, and low-voltage systems across our growing portfolio of senior living communities.

If you're the type of technician who prefers being trusted to "figure it out" rather than waiting for someone to tell you every step, we'd like to talk with you.

- Read floor plans and determine cable routes and equipment locations
- Coordinate with vendors and community leadership during installations
- Maintain organized documentation for completed projects
- Travel throughout multiple states to complete installations and service work

- 5+ years of commercial low-voltage installation experience
- Experience with structured cabling and cable termination
- Strong knowledge of IP cameras, CCTV, networking, and electronic security systems

- Comfortable climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working in ceilings and mechanical spaces
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

- Fiber termination and testing
- BICSI certification
- Experience with Verkada, Ubiquiti, Avigilon, Axis, Hikvision, Hanwha, or similar systems
