Role: Robotics Architect

Job description:
- Lead architecture and technical direction of robotics control systems built on ROS 2 and EtherCAT
- Own platform maintenance, optimization, and architectural improvements
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable engineering solutions
- Design and deliver new features for robotics control platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
- Support perception systems leveraging Physical AI
- Collaborate with global engineering teams including international teams
- Proven experience architecting robotics control systems
- Expert-level coding experience with ROS 2
- Strong software engineering background in robotics
- Experience with perception systems and Physical AI
