Customer Service Home Agent - Temporary positions in Maine

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and assist with orders, questions, and service needs
• Navigate multiple computer systems to process orders and resolve customer concerns
• Share product knowledge, promotions, and relevant recommendations
• Follow up with customers when appropriate
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching opportunities
• Deliver friendly, personalized service focused on customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify natural opportunities to introduce products and promotions
• Help customers take advantage of free shipping thresholds and special offers
• Suggest alternatives or better-value options when appropriate
• Adapt conversations based on each customer's needs and shopping goals

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Ability to multitask across multiple applications
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Interest in helping customers find the right products and solutions
• A quiet, dedicated home workspace located in Maine
• Provide at least 24 hours of weekly availability
• Be available on Mondays and Tuesdays during our most busy time Thanksgiving through Christmas
• Be available for at least one weekend day
• Windows - Windows 11 or newer (Windows S Mode not supported)
• Mac - macOS 14 Sonoma or newer
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• Two monitors with one being 17" or larger
• Full-size keyboard with number pad
• Mouse with scroll wheel
• Webcam
• USB headset with microphone
• Power strip with surge protection
• Minimum 25 Mbps download speed
• Minimum 7.5 Mbps upload speed
• Wired internet connection required
• Must be physically located in Maine
• Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions
• Workspace must protect customer privacy and meet security standards
• Ergonomic desk and chair required
