AdsGency AI is an AI-native startup focused on building a multi-agent automation layer for digital advertising. They are seeking a Product Manager who will work at the intersection of AI, advertising, and user experience to shape product decisions and automate campaign management.
Responsibilities:
- Define Product Roadmap: Shape the roadmap for AdsGency’s AI automation layer — campaign agents, analytics dashboards, and creative workflows
- Deep Dive into AdTech: Understand ad platform APIs (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), auction dynamics, and optimization levers to inform product strategy
- Collaborate with Engineering: Partner with LLM and full-stack engineers to design agent tools, feedback loops, and decision interfaces
- Own the User Experience: Work closely with design to simplify complex systems into intuitive UX — from setup to insight visualization
- Launch & Iterate: Ship MVPs fast, collect real user feedback, and refine iteratively with data
- Customer Insight Loop: Work with Customer Success to uncover high-impact needs from real advertisers and integrate them into the product
- Measure What Matters: Define KPIs for agent performance, user adoption, and campaign ROI
