Simile is a pioneering company in AI simulation, aiming to transform decision-making in society. They are seeking a GTM Recruiter to build a go-to-market team that effectively bridges advanced AI research and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, running a high-touch, rigorous, and transparent process that reflects Simile's commitment to excellence
• Partner closely with hiring managers and interviewers to understand what makes a great hire for roles like Deployment Strategists and enterprise Account Executives, from technical fluency to the ability to own complex Fortune 500 relationships
• Be the face of Simile in the enterprise GTM community, telling the story of our mission to architect reality and our position as a world-class AI lab
• Sharpen and scale our recruiting process while holding a high, inclusive talent bar, so we consistently land top commercial operators and entrepreneurial GTM leaders
• Stay ahead of hiring trends in the AI go-to-market landscape and use that fluency to evaluate commercial talent with real signal
• Build and run proactive sourcing strategies to find, engage, and hire top commercial talent across enterprise sales and deployment strategy
