ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will support Commercial Lending transformation initiatives by documenting and validating business processes and controls, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective project changes.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Commercial Lending transformation initiatives by researching, documenting, and validating business processes and controls
• Work closely with business process owners to understand how project changes impact existing workflows and controls
• Focus on identifying and documenting current-state processes
• Maintaining control traceability
• Ensuring all controls are properly validated before project releases and go-live
• Partner with internal stakeholders and second-line of defense teams to support control reviews and sign-offs

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience documenting business processes and controls
• Ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate across multiple teams
• Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Technical understanding of systems, interfaces, and workflows
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• 5-10 years of experience
• Experience with controls validation or process mapping
• Experience in Commercial Lending environments
• Experience with nCino or other Loan Origination Systems
• Experience working with SOX or second line of defense teams
