Awe Inspired is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer jewelry brand that creates meaningful pieces. They are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to take ownership of customer acquisition through paid media, creative strategy, and conversion optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Paid acquisition, hands-on. You'll personally run our Meta program end to end — account structure, bidding, and a fast, automated workflow for getting great ads live — all optimized around efficient new-customer acquisition. You'll oversee Google and guide a specialist there
- Creative strategy that scales our story. You'll own the creative-and-messaging matrix: which stories and angles we test, for which audiences, at which point in their journey. You'll brief our in-house design team, give sharp feedback, and close the loop with performance so our creative keeps getting better
- New-customer conversion. You'll be the voice of acquisition in our web sprint — identifying the landing pages and on-site experiences we need to convert new visitors, and partnering with our product and design teams to make them happen
- Measurement and truth. You'll define how we measure what's actually working — the analytics, tracking, and attribution stack that gives us real visibility into incrementality, not just platform-reported numbers
- What's next. As we scale, you'll lead our expansion into new channels — YouTube and connected TV, affiliate, and SEO — with a clear point of view on what drives real, incremental growth and when to activate it
Requirements:
- Deep, hands-on Meta expertise. You've personally managed significant Meta budgets for scaling brands and you're fluent in how the platform actually works in 2026 — bidding, account structure, Advantage+ vs. manual, and exiting the learning phase fast
- A creative brain. You think in angles, hooks, and audiences. You can look at performance data and translate it into a clear creative direction — and you know the difference between iterating a headline and testing a genuinely new idea
- Real measurement rigor. You're skeptical of vanity ROAS, comfortable with incrementality testing, and you think in blended efficiency and unit economics
- DTC and Shopify fluency. You've grown direct-to-consumer brands on Shopify, ideally with a large catalog
- AI-native instincts. You use AI to move faster than teams twice your size — automating ad creation, reporting, and the busywork — and you're excited to build that kind of program from a clean slate
- Conversion sense. You know what makes a landing page convert and can brief a team to build it, even if you're not the one writing the code
- 6+ years in growth, performance, or paid media, with a track record of scaling new-customer acquisition responsibly at meaningful spend
- Experience with higher-consideration, gift-driven, or female-led categories (fashion, accessories, jewelry, beauty) is a strong plus
