Senior Frontend Engineer

Weave Bio is a healthcare technology company focused on enhancing drug development through AI. They are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to build a collaborative document platform, emphasizing usability and effective customer solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Customer-centric problem solving. Deeply understand how customers use our product, then translate that understanding into intuitive, elegant frontend experiences
• Collaborative product development. Partner closely with Product and Design to shape what gets built. You'll have a seat at the table from ideation through delivery
• Real-time, collaborative editing. Architect and build a rich document editor with multiplayer collaboration features (think CRDTs, presence indicators, conflict resolution) that feels seamless at scale
• High-quality frontend code. Write performant, well-tested TypeScript and React that your teammates (and your future self) will thank you for. We value readability, maintainability, and thoughtful abstractions
• Technical direction. Drive software design decisions on your projects, managing conceptual and technical complexity so the codebase stays healthy as the product grows
• Continuous delivery of value. Balance speed with quality. Ship iteratively, measure impact, and refine based on real-world usage
