Project Manager

Dane Street is a fast-paced, Inc. 500 Company seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives. The role involves partnering with executive leadership to drive key projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and company priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional strategic growth initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with executive priorities, timelines, and business objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, risk logs, and accountability measures to drive visibility, execution, and successful outcomes across departments
• Partner closely with executive leadership to identify operational improvement opportunities, support organizational scaling efforts, and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and overall performance
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
• Analyze project outcomes, key performance indicators, and business impact metrics to provide recommendations and support data-driven growth strategies
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on deliverables and deadlines
• Support change management efforts by helping teams adapt to new processes, systems, and organizational initiatives
• Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management, operations, or strategic initiatives experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functionally with leadership teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms preferred
• Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance reporting is highly preferred
