About this role
GTEC Talent is seeking a Senior Project Manager for NEPA & NHPA Services. The successful candidate will manage Environmental Regulatory Compliance projects, ensuring effective project execution and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Environmental Regulatory Compliance projects included NEPA Assessments
- Providing technical guidance to staff
- Reviewing reports and other work products
- Preparing project cost estimates
- Working with other senior staff to ensure project success
Requirements:
- B.S. or B.A. in biology, archaeology, architecture history or other environmental science discipline
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Expert in NEPA and NHPA compliance
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Technical writing abilities
- Experience with telecommunication sites and/or utility projects
- Project Management, Client Management, and People Management abilities and experience
- Leadership abilities
- Proven record of positive and professional personality with the ability to interact with individuals with a variety of backgrounds and skill sets
- Biology, archaeology, architecture history or other environmental science degree or similar
- Proven track record of dedication and commitment to excellence
- EPA and NHPA compliance: 5 years
- Environmental Regulatory Compliance & NEPA Assessments: 3 years
- Familiarity or expertise with FCC and NTIA NEPA and NHPA rules
- Familiarity with telecom industry
- EPA Certification
- FCC and NTIA NEPA and NHPA rules & regulations: 3 years
- Telecom Industry: 3 years
- Telecommunication sites and/or utility projects: 3 years
- Project Management, Client Management, People Management: 3 years
- Technical writing: 3 years
