eProductivity Software is a global leader in industry-specific business and production software, focusing on enhancing the packaging industry. They are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support project delivery, installation, and commissioning, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with the DMI team to deliver your projects and installations to successful customer sign off
- Work within our Implementations team
- Ensure a detailed commissioning plan is created and communicated to the customer as part of the Site survey. Understanding the software part of the product is vital to this
- Having a software understanding also allows you to be involved in the delivery and set-up of the software
- Support the overall team communicating their projects to customers
- Work to create cable schedules and electrical drawings for the installation of projects where necessary
- Assist with electrical termination where required including being responsible for completing final terminations and commissioning
- Assist on occasion with cabling installations
- Install sensors/other hardware items to machines on occasion
- Help our Customer Success teams to resolve issues reported by customers
- Proactively engage with the team to continually review and recommend improvements
- Provide regular feedback to the DMI team on recommended improvements or new opportunities
- Ensure you and the team are always working in a safe manner, adhering to the customers and EPS’s H&S rules and Risk Assessments
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Proficient Electrical knowledge (To Degree Level)
- Minimum travel requirement of 50%
- Experience of Auto-Cad systems for Electrical Design desired
- Ability to assist in the design of electrical panels
- Clean Driving License
- Valid Passport & willingness for global travel
- Proactive, enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good Project Management skills
