Summary

As a Dynamics CE /F&SCM Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing customer engagement solutions using the Dynamics CE 365/F&SCM platform.Your responsibilities will include, working with the Dynamics Platform team to lead the architecture and design phases, ensuring that solutions align with business requirements and best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional and technical specifications, and create comprehensive solution designs. Additionally, you will oversee the development and deployment of customisations, integrations, and extensions to enhance the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and documentation of Dynamics CE 365/ F&SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

• Conduct stakeholder workshops; translate functional needs into detailed technical specifications.

• Oversee development, customization, integration, and extension activities across Dynamics CE 365 /F&SCM.

• Perform code reviews, ensure compliance with coding standards, and coordinate testing (unit, integration, UAT).

• Manage full solution lifecycle—from initial design to deployment, optimization, and ongoing support.

• Monitor system performance, implement improvements, and plan upgrades with minimal disruption.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, consultants, and project managers.

• Provide technical leadership, maintain solution scalability and reliability, and evaluate emerging technologies.

• Mentor junior team members, promote knowledge sharing, and support professional growth.

• Conduct problem resolution, root-cause analysis, and develop troubleshooting documentation.

• Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes, perform periodic audits, and drive continuous improvement.

• Support business transformation initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Essential Functions of the Role

Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
Maintain and analyze data using tools like Excel, SAP, or HRIS systems.

Education & Work Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 8-12 years of related experience

Education & Work Preferences

• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365/F&SCM , system design, integration, and lifecycle management.

• Experience working with Azure cloud services and enterprise-grade solution architectures.

• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365/F&SCM Solution Architect certification (required).

• Additional Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications preferred.

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE/ F&SCM architecture, X++ programming, environment management, and Microsoft Lifecycle Services.

• Experience with integration tools such as Dual Write, Azure Logic Apps, Data Export Services.

• Knowledge of role-based security, extensibility models, and Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Familiarity with Agile product team operating models.
