You’ll build, optimise and grow ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate networks, TikTok and YouTube.
You’ll analyse campaign results, find meaningful insights from the data and utilise a science-based approach to ongoing optimisation and testing.
You’ll be responsible for multiple accounts and/or countries and handle budgeting, reporting and optimisation.
You’ll work closely with a Paid Media Manager to ensure that all campaigns follow best practice and sit in line with our acquisition strategy and growth targets.
You’ll brief and create creative assets via both internal and external resources, working on seasonal, BAU and new product launch campaigns through to launch.
You’ll conduct end to end campaign A-B tests.
You’ll work closely with our brand team and other departments in order to provide them with reporting dashboards, data driven insights on campaign performance and performance improvement recommendations.
You’ll liaise with key affiliate partners, prospects and maintain and improve our affiliate programme.
You’ll work closely with our Ecommerce, Product and Studio (Creative) teams to ensure the highest level of collaboration is met between all teams, as well as the company at large.
Requirements
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
Knowledge of at least one advertising platform.
Digital native with a strong personal interest in social media and online niches, with a specific interest in effective UGC/social media advertising.
Excellent writing skills
additional languages to English are highly valued.
Willingness to question decisions.
Organisation and project management skills.
An interest in Data Visualisation.
Knowledge or enthusiasm to innovate on automating manual PPC tasks.
