Our Experience Design team creates digital journeys used by millions in the Netherlands. We shape sales, service, and in-home experiences across app, web, and logged-in platforms. We drive Experience Design within KPN’s Customer Digital Innovation team. We connect clusters, from commerce and service to TV and in-home. We’re expanding design’s role at KPN, moving beyond delivery to become a strategic partner. Our focus is on building better, more lovable customer experiences.
We recently won both a DIA and a Red Dot award and we’re just getting started.
You will experience firsthand how design shapes a major Dutch brand with millions of customers. You will see up close how design operates at scale and learn from an award-winning team. Through mentorship, you develop your skills in design evaluation, strategic thinking and communication. Your work matters here, as your input directly improves customer experiences.
