Job Description:
We are seeking a Lease Administrator to join our Lease Administration organization. This role is required to be on-site at the Microsoft Redmond, WA campus at least 3 days per week to collect mail, send out mail, track packages. Other duties will include triaging lease administration cases in the new Case Management System and performing uploads of records to SharePoint.
Essential Job Duties:
• Must be available 3 days a week to go into the Microsoft Campus in Redmond, WA.
• Manages the scanning and filing of paper documents.
• Review, scanning and routing of incoming mail
• Collect mail, send out mail, including FEDEX/DHL, track package receipt, confirm package delivery
• Archive, index and box lease files for off-site storage
• Support Account Director, Operation Manager, and CRM's, as needed
• Triage all cases for Newmark and Microsoft CO+I in Case Management System
• Monitor email box and create cases in Case Management System
• Works closely with MS Space in assigning buildings to database
• Works in a variety of SharePoints uploading documents
• Runs monthly reporting to send to Shareholders
• May perform other duties as assigned
Skills, Education and Experience:
• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Minimum 2 years related work experience to include lease administration and accounting
• Working knowledge of commercial real estate principles and financial concepts
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional planning and decision-making skills are highly desired
• Ability to work effectively in an organizational structure, and interact positively with various groups of individuals
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and its applications
