Role: Earnix Architect / Specialist
Mode of hire: 6 months C2H

Must-Have Skills

• 10 15 years of overall experience with pricing or rating platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Earnix architecture for P&C pricing/rating.
• Proven experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire or similar platform.
• Deep expertise in model onboarding, production change governance, and deployment controls.
• Strong understanding of model lifecycle controls (versioning, approvals, audit traceability).
• Experience defining and implementing rate monitoring frameworks (KPIs, drift thresholds, alerts).
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Pricing/Actuarial, Product, Engineering, Data, and Risk.
• Experience with documentation standards for pricing rules and validation.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ModelOps / MLOps patterns for model monitoring and governance.
• Experience supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Strong data validation and premium reconciliation experience.
• Experience defining platform operating models and decision cadence.

Qualification

Bachelor of Technology/ Engineering

Skill (Primary):

Domain Competencies (APPS)-Insurance - Package Solution-Guidewire Claimcenter

Other Requirement

Candidate must have:-

• Exception provided to consider visa dependent candidates.
• Valid visa with min 12 months validity.
• Resume should have LinkedIn URL to validate.
• Must be good with 5 days onsite working as per customer expectation along with 6 months contract to hire.
