Role: Earnix Architect / Specialist
Mode of hire: 6 months C2H
Must-Have Skills
- 10 15 years of overall experience with pricing or rating platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Earnix architecture for P&C pricing/rating.
- Proven experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire or similar platform.
- Deep expertise in model onboarding, production change governance, and deployment controls.
- Strong understanding of model lifecycle controls (versioning, approvals, audit traceability).
- Experience defining and implementing rate monitoring frameworks (KPIs, drift thresholds, alerts).
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Pricing/Actuarial, Product, Engineering, Data, and Risk.
- Experience with documentation standards for pricing rules and validation.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to ModelOps / MLOps patterns for model monitoring and governance.
- Experience supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Strong data validation and premium reconciliation experience.
- Experience defining platform operating models and decision cadence.
