Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $51hr - $56hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 8+ years of experience as Project Coordinator.
- 6+ years of experience in managing budgets, onboarding candidates, and preparing project status.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed according to timelines.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
- Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
- Track project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed.
- Follow up with team members to ensure action items are completed.
- Support procurement, vendor coordination, and contract administration when required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and project management standards.
- Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and project performance reports.
Skills:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role.
