UX / Product Design Leaders and Decision-Makers for Workflow Management Tools - USA

Prolific is building the biggest pool of quality human data in the world, and they are inviting experienced professionals in product management and UX/product design leadership roles to participate in research projects focused on workflow management tools. The role involves assessing skills for research tasks, participating in interviews, and sharing insights on workflow management practices.

Responsibilities:

• Complete a paid screener to help us assess your background and suitability for specific research tasks
• Participate in AI-moderated interviews/written tasks
• Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
• Share insights about workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs

Requirements:

• Hold a Manager-level position or above
• Work in Product Management, or UX/Product Design
• Currently use, or are actively considering using, workflow management tools
• Participate in decision-making regarding development, product, or workflow management tools within an organization
• Manager-level experience or higher in product management, or product design functions
• Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
• Familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows
• Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, budgeting, or strategic recommendations related to development and collaboration tools
• Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com is required
