Senior Business Analyst

ECS is seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic rapid development team supporting the Department of Homeland Security. The role involves leading stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and Agile workflow management with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.)
• Owning and maintaining product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable
• Leading requirements gathering and analysis, change management, and continuous delivery
• Support overall project success by engaging in daily operational activities and surfacing process improvement opportunities
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution to validate that delivered functionality meets user needs
• Contribute to monthly contractual deliverables as needed
• Coordinate with various data team roles and skillsets to support solution design and project execution

Requirements:
