UX/UI Designer (LATAM)

Rapptr Labs is a product development agency specializing in mobile and web applications for startups and established brands. They are looking for a talented product designer based in Latin America to design intuitive, beautiful experiences across iOS, Android, and web platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Participate in client presentations and feedback sessions
• Contribute to design systems and component libraries
• Work across multiple client projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app and web design work
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Fluent English (written and verbal) - you'll be communicating directly with US clients
• Based in Latin America (GMT-3 to GMT-6 time zones preferred)
• Available for overlapping work hours with US Eastern Time
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with React Native or Flutter constraints
• Motion/animation design skills
• Experience with user research and testing
• Previous agency or consulting experience
