Senior AI Project Manager

Real Chemistry is a global agency focused on transforming healthcare through scientific expertise and AI-driven insights. They are seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to lead complex AI-driven and IT technical initiatives, ensuring effective project delivery and communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain full ownership (leave no question unasked) across multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously. Serve as the primary point of accountability for project health by proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans before they escalate
• Facilitate solution development with subject matter experts and build comprehensive project plans and risk registers across multiple workstreams
• Lead governance and reporting cadences: status meetings + follow ups, standups, milestone reviews, and executive-level project updates
• Experience working directly with external IT, Security, Engineering, and QA; comfortable holding technical partners accountable to timelines without writing the code
• Proficiency in enterprise project management platforms like Workfront, with comfort using collaboration and documentation tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Experience in change management, with the ability to guide teams and stakeholders through shifting priorities, assess downstream impacts, communicate implications clearly, and drive alignment
• Model documentation hygiene and PM best practices
• Contribute to PMO process development, playbooks, and onboarding materials as the team scales

Requirements:

• 7+ years of project management or technical IT experience
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and platforms (generative AI, automation, data pipelines, or similar) — you don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to speak the language
• Exceptional communication skills — equally comfortable presenting/communicating to/solutioning with technical teams and C-suite stakeholders
• A track record of leading with accountability, clarity, and composure under pressure
