Electrical Life Safety Systems Engineer/Designer

ITCO Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking experienced Electrical Life Safety Systems Engineers/Designers to join a leading engineering team supporting complex infrastructure and mission-critical projects across the United States. The role involves designing life safety systems and fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Life Safety Systems Design
• Fire Alarm System Design Experience

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Knowledge and design experience with Fire Alarm Systems and related manufacturers' equipment, including VESDA systems
• Strong understanding of IBC (International Building Code)
• Strong understanding of IFC (International Fire Code)
• Strong understanding of NFPA 101 Life Safety Code
• Strong understanding of NFPA 72 Fire Alarm and Signaling Code
• Strong understanding of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code)
• Knowledge of general design and construction specifications
• Experience leading projects and managing resources
• Preferred candidates will be located near a U.S.-based Jacobs office
