Scholar Education is building the AI infrastructure for special education and is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead their direct-to-consumer marketing expansion. This role involves developing growth strategies, optimizing customer acquisition channels, and managing marketing operations to drive measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's customer acquisition and growth marketing strategy
- Build a scalable marketing roadmap aligned with business goals and revenue targets
- Identify new growth opportunities across paid, owned, earned, and partnership channels
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, attribution models, and growth forecasting
- Serve as the strategic marketing leader and trusted advisor to executive leadership
- Own customer acquisition across channels including:
- Paid Search (Google/Bing)
- Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Display & Programmatic
- Affiliate Marketing
- Influencer Partnerships
- Referral Programs
- SEO & Content Marketing
- Optimize marketing spend to improve CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention
- Identify and organize relevant in-person events. Will have the opportunity to travel
- Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion throughout the customer journey
- Design and execute landing page tests, conversion rate optimization initiatives, and growth experiments
- Develop customer segmentation and personalization strategies
- Build and manage marketing technology infrastructure and reporting systems
- Partner with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when appropriate
- Create and manage campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and performance dashboards
- Execute campaigns directly when needed and maintain a hands-on approach to driving results
- Collaborate with leadership to refine brand positioning, messaging, and customer value propositions
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints and acquisition channels
Requirements:
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- 3+ years leading growth strategy in a direct-to-consumer business
- Experience working within digital health, telehealth, healthcare technology, consumer wellness, parent related services or related industries
- Demonstrated success scaling customer acquisition programs and driving measurable revenue growth
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention, and conversion optimization
- Deep analytical mindset with strong command of marketing metrics and attribution
- Experience at high-growth digital health organizations such as Hims, Hers, Ro, Teladoc, Noom, WeightWatchers, or similar companies
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and compliance considerations
- Experience launching new products or services in a consumer healthcare environment
- Exposure to subscription-based or recurring revenue business models
