Tivity Health is a leading provider of healthy life-changing solutions, and they are seeking a motivated Product Manager to own the internal platforms, data pipelines, and operational tools. The role involves driving the roadmap and execution for internal applications, collaborating with various teams to improve operational workflows and ensure platform reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Platform Vision– Help shape the roadmap for internal operations tools, ensuring they scale with business needs and reduce manual overhead
- Own Operational Workflows – Drive strategy and execution for internal applications supporting member file loads, call center support applications and other core operational workflows end to end
- Prioritize and Execute– Work cross-functionally with engineering, data, and ops teams to prioritize platform improvements and ship reliable releases
- Understand User Needs– Gather requirements from internal stakeholders (operations teams, client managers, support) to uncover workflow bottlenecks and automation opportunities
- Measure and Iterate– Track key metrics around processing accuracy, throughput, error rates, and cycle times to identify where the platform needs improvement
- Communicate Progress– Share updates, insights, and blockers with stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency across your product areas
- Stay Current– Keep up with best practices in operations tooling, data pipeline design, and platform engineering to bring practical improvements to the team
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with internal tools, platforms, or operations-focused products
- Experience improving operational workflows, reducing manual processes, or scaling backend systems
- Proven track record of working with engineering and operations teams to ship reliable, high-throughput systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical complexity into clear priorities for stakeholders
- Comfort using data to inform product decisions
- Experience in regulated industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field a plus. Experience in lieu of education will be considered
