Skill is seeking a detail-oriented, high-efficiency Production Artist / Graphic Designer to join their growing internal marketing team. The role involves leading the updating and migration of marketing assets into a new brand identity as part of a corporate rebrand initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Apply the established brand style guide across a high volume of existing presentation decks, sales collateral, and marketing materials
- Design and produce polished marketing assets, including brochures, data sheets, whitepapers, and other sales materials
- Create web banners, social media graphics, and other digital marketing assets based on provided specifications
- Maintain an organized cloud-based file system, package clean vector and layered files, and prepare assets for handoff to web developers and external vendors
- Manage production projects from start to finish with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and consistency
Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator (Photoshop is a plus)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, alignment, and color consistency
- Experience working within a cloud-based collaboration environment (such as Google Workspace)
- Comfortable with production-focused design work requiring efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Experience creating marketing assets for B2B, technology, SaaS, or enterprise software organizations is a plus but not required
