Product Delivery Manager (Only W2)

Nasscomm is seeking a Product Delivery Manager/Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale projects and deliver critical technology solutions. The role requires strong leadership in product management and technical execution across cross-functional teams, with an emphasis on Agile methodologies and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Experienced technical leader with 5+ years of managing enterprise-scale, complex projects and delivering business-critical technology solutions
• Strong background in product management, engineering leadership, and technical program execution with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on understanding of modern technology stacks including microservices, REST APIs, Spring Boot, Java, React, and Azure Cloud environments
• Skilled in SDLC, DevOps, SRE, Quality Engineering, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies to drive efficient delivery
• Proven ability to lead Agile transformations, manage multiple teams, and improve delivery processes through strategic planning
• Experienced in mentoring technical leads, engineers, and project teams while building accountability and continuous improvement culture
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across Business, Product, QA, UX, PMO, and Enterprise Architecture teams
• Expertise in roadmap planning, backlog management, risk identification, dependency management, and executive communication
• Experienced in managing budgets, financial tracking, cost-benefit analysis, and delivery metrics
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to leadership, streamline communication, and drive successful product engineering outcomes
