Key Responsibilities
● Lead end-to-end RPA process discovery and assessment to identify automation opportunities through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
● Analyze existing AS-IS business processes and design optimized TO-BE automated processes.
● Perform tool evaluation and automation feasibility studies to assist in selecting the best RPA tools for implementation.
● Evaluate project commercials and coordinate with multiple vendors related to RPA initiatives.
● Gather requirements and draft comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Process Design Documents (PDD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
● Act as the primary liaison between business users and RPA developers or architects to validate process logic and ensure technical alignment.
● Conduct regular demo sessions and product training for business sales teams and clients to ensure maximum utilization of RPA solutions.
● Create detailed test cases and test scenarios to lead UAT planning and execution.
● Monitor project initiation activities, including the preparation of project charters, business use cases, and the formation of project governance teams.
● Manage COE support teams to oversee deployments, resolve technical issues, and ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
● Track project benefits, drive continuous improvements, and implement business continuity plans for uninterrupted operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 9+ years of professional experience spanning Business Analysis and Project Management within development and production support environments.
● Educational background including a B.Tech degree and/or a Post Graduation Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDB).
Technical & Domain Expertise
● Hands-on expertise with major RPA platforms, specifically UiPath, Blue Prism, and Open Span.
● Deep domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services, including familiarity with KYC remediation, AML compliance guidelines, and transaction monitoring.
● Experience integrating intelligent automation technologies, such as OCR for data extraction/cheque clearing and AI models for email classification.
● Strong understanding of banking operations, including EOD/EOM/EOY activities, ATM dispute resolution, and regulatory reporting.
