Overseas Vehicle Quality Senior Technician

1. Responsible for root cause analysis, countermeasure formulation, standardization implementation, and issue closure of market quality issues related to overseas contract manufacturers
2. Responsible for the confirmation, analysis, and promotion of improvement of issues arising from vehicle inspections at overseas factories, and leading the traceability of batch vehicle abnormalities.
3.Responsible for the review, tracking, and closure of vehicle-related quality changes to ensure that the vehicle quality is controlled throughout the change process
4.Responsible for the closed-loop management of risk identification, approval, and tracking of concession release at the contract manufacturer end
5. Responsible for organizing and carrying out activities to improve the process assurance capabilities related to vehicle inspection, conducting process audits, XP-VES evaluations, warehouse area spot checks, etc., identifying weaknesses in anti-flow control, and driving front-end improvement.
6.Responsible for planning quality special activities and quality culture activities, and empowering overseas factory personnel to enhance their quality awareness.
7.Responsible for statistics of vehicle quality-related data, trend analysis, Management By Objectives, output of weekly and monthly reports, etc.
Qualifications
1. Familiar with comprehensive inspection standards and post-assembly testing procedures for new energy vehicles; proficient in judgment criteria for common vehicle faults and defects; knowledgeable about fundamental automotive quality system requirements.
2. Possess strong attention to detail, unwavering standard enforcement capabilities, and sound on-site decision-making skills; demonstrate high accountability and strong adherence to principles; capable of handling high-intensity quality inspection work during overseas peak production periods.
3. Able to undertake long-term overseas assignments, with the ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across teams.
Preferred: English proficiency as a working language; experience in final vehicle inspection, vehicle release authorization, or overseas vehicle quality inspection for new energy vehicles is a plus.
