- Drive compliance: own health-code standards and develop the next generation of leaders.
- Execute directives: turn upper-management goals into action, delegating and following up.
Flex Schedule
- Anywhere between 5 a.m. opens and 11:30 p.m. closes.
- Off-clock pit stops happen—swing by when coaching, paperwork, or emergency call.
- Expect weekends, holidays, and on-call moments.
What It Takes
- Magnetic people skills and proven leadership of 40+ teammates.
- Calm, quick hands around hot liquids, outdoor weather, and 50-lb lifts.
- Endurance to stand, bend, climb, and navigate drive-thru traffic for hours.
- Sharp multitasker who solves problems on the fly and juggles multiple projects.
- Basic Microsoft Office know-how.
