Assists in directing, planning, and managing the County's Engineering projects and services within the guidelines of county and departmental policies and procedures, state and federal laws, and acceptable professional engineering practices. Oversees Construction of county owned Infrastructure, Land Development Process and Stormwater Management. Reports to the Director and works with co-workers, contractors, realtors, developers, engineers, the public, state and federal officials, elected official to provide administrative support.

Qualifications
Education: BA/BS in engineering or related occupational field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
Experience: Five (5) years in Capital/Infrastructure Project & Construction Management with three (3) years of supervisory experience including budget control, day to day construction oversight & Construction Engineering & Inspection.
Certification:
Possession of a Professional Engineer License (PE)
