Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Architect
Oracle Sourcing - Full sourcing lifecycle including RFQs, sealed bids (IFB), open solicitations, and AutoGen-driven BPA replenishment. You'll configure negotiation document types, manage RFQ/custom templates, lead collaboration team setup, and guide suppliers through the response submission workflow. You know the R12.2.15 Sourcing homepage and sealed bid controls cold.
Supplier Qualification Management (SQM) - End-to-end: qualification initiative creation, supplier invitation, questionnaire design, scoring, evaluation workflow, and outcome management. You understand how qualification status surfaces in the iSupplier Portal, and you can speak confidently to R12.2.15-specific behavior and limitations compared to prior releases.
Oracle Procurement Contracts - CPA, BPA, standard T&C application, capital procurement tracking, and co-op/GSA contract management. You'll configure T&C templates, manage versioning and application across procurement scenarios, track deliverables, and know exactly where the product fits natively versus where customization is required. You also bring hands-on knowledge of R12.1.3 Procurement Contracts data structures for conversion mapping to R12.2.15.
Oracle Purchasing - Full Req-to-PO lifecycle across all scenario types: inventory and expense requisitions, auto-create PO, Blanket Releases, Planned POs, and Contract POs. You'll configure AME approval hierarchies, manage the Buyer Work Center, and know how PO acknowledgment works from the supplier side in iSupplier.
Oracle iSupplier Portal - Architecture (DMZ-hosted, separate from main EBS tier), supplier access model, notification configuration (worklist, Oracle notification bell, email across environments), ITP workflow, supplier PDF printable view, and access control. You've delivered the supplier experience end to end.
