Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Analyze and solve large-scale, multi-faceted technical challenges, including those involving ambiguous or unprecedented factors.
- Design, evaluate, and improve systems by considering both technical and non-technical constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and client teams to define requirements, identify solutions, and drive execution.
- Apply strong knowledge of engineering practices, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide strategic input and recommendations to improve processes, systems, and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
