Role: SAP S/4HANA Vendor Management Lead(Health Care or Life Sciences)

Description:

• Lead management of system integrators and third-party vendors for the SAP S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Establish and run vendor governance, including performance tracking, SLAs/KPIs, and escalation management
• Drive coordination across multiple vendors to ensure seamless delivery across SAP workstreams and dependencies
• Manage vendor commercials including contracts, change requests, invoicing, and cost optimization
• Monitor vendor risks, quality, and delivery outcomes, ensuring accountability through regular reviews and corrective actions

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience managing SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in complex, multi-vendor environments
• Strong expertise in vendor management including system integrators and SAP partners
• Solid understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) and end-to-end business processes
• Proven ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, risks, and dependencies across large programs
• Hands-on experience with data migration, integration, testing cycles, and cutover planning

Desired Skills:

• Experience working in healthcare, pharma, or supply chain environments
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology or agile program delivery models
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) in SAP ecosystems
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in driving process optimization and cost efficiency initiatives
