About this role
Access To Future is seeking a CMDB Business Analyst to oversee the configuration management program. The role involves maintaining the accuracy of the ServiceNow CMDB and its configuration item attributes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design and maintenance of the configuration management program to include ServiceNow CMDB configuration item attributes, relationships and overall accuracy
Requirements:
- 5 years of ServiceNow experience in the areas of ServiceNow CMDB/CIs as a CMDB Business Analyst
