Virtelligence is a global healthcare IT consulting and staffing firm with more than 25 years of experience supporting various healthcare organizations. They are seeking a Regional Sales Executive to expand their client base and grow strategic accounts in the healthcare technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business with hospitals, health systems, payers, life sciences, and healthcare technology clients across your territory
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VPs of IT, application and digital transformation leaders, HR and finance transformation leaders, and procurement teams
- Position Virtelligence's full portfolio: consulting, IT staff augmentation, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, data, and application support
- Expand existing accounts and uncover new opportunities across Epic, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, and UKG (Kronos)
- Build strategic relationships with ecosystem partners — Microsoft, Workday, ServiceNow, AWS, UKG, Epic-aligned networks, GSIs, and healthcare technology partners
- Create partner-influenced pipeline through referrals, co-sell motions, joint account planning, executive introductions, and industry events
- Represent Virtelligence at partner meetings, conferences, executive briefings, webinars, and healthcare transformation events
- Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking, account plans, CRM hygiene, and revenue forecasting
Requirements:
- 7+ years in healthcare IT sales, IT consulting sales, staffing or managed services sales, enterprise technology sales, partner/alliance sales, or alliance-led growth
- Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare executives and senior IT decision-makers
- Strong grasp of healthcare IT priorities, EHR, ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, application support, digital transformation, workforce challenges, and managed services
- Track record of creating new-logo opportunities, expanding accounts, and generating partner-influenced pipeline
- Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to build a territory, manage a pipeline, and drive measurable revenue
- Existing relationships within hospitals, health systems, or the Microsoft, Workday, ServiceNow, AWS, Epic, UKG, and healthcare IT consulting ecosystems
- Familiarity with the Epic, Workday and ServiceNow ecosystems, and healthcare IT technology alliances
