CeriFi is a company focused on learner engagement and retention through effective email marketing. They are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their email programs across multiple brands, optimizing customer journeys and driving revenue through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Own the lifecycle marketing strategy across CeriFi's 10-brand portfolio, balancing promotional campaigns with personalized, behavior-driven communication
- Design, build, and optimize lifecycle journeys including onboarding, cross-sell, renewal, re-engagement, and win-back campaigns
- Continuously improve our segmentation framework to ensure learners receive relevant, timely communication throughout their journey
- Identify new opportunities to increase engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value through lifecycle marketing
- Own campaign planning, Pardot builds, segmentation, automation, deliverability, and suppression management across all brands
- Manage campaign intake using Jira workflows and established SLAs to ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Maintain email deliverability, preference centers, compliance standards, and brand-specific communication requirements
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Pardot and email marketing best practices
- Connect email engagement to revenue by maintaining attribution reporting and performance dashboards
- Analyze campaign performance, cohort behavior, and year-over-year trends to identify opportunities for optimization
- Present actionable recommendations to Marketing and Revenue leadership that improve business outcomes—not just email metrics
- Build a reporting cadence that provides clear visibility into channel performance across the portfolio
- Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure lifecycle programs support broader business goals
- Collaborate with content and design teams to improve messaging using customer insights and AI-assisted optimization tools
- Develop a deep understanding of CeriFi's products, learner journeys, and regulatory calendars to ensure campaigns remain timely, compliant, and effective
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience managing high-volume email marketing or lifecycle programs
- Deep expertise with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), including automation, segmentation, dynamic lists, and engagement programs
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, behavioral triggers, and nurture strategy
- Experience connecting email performance to revenue through attribution reporting and analytics
- Comfort managing marketing programs across multiple brands, audiences, and campaign calendars
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and AI-assisted marketing tools is a plus
