SunStrong Management is a leading independent asset management and servicing platform specializing in residential and commercial solar energy portfolios. They are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service, focusing on integrations and customer data architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Leads end-to-end Salesforce development: solution design, Apex/LWC implementation, testing, deployment, and production support
- Builds scalable automation and UI experiences across Work Order and case-driven operational workflows
- Develops secure, resilient integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, events, and async patterns
- Defines and enforces data standards, governance, and quality practices to support analytics and 360 customer views
- Partners with Operations teams to optimize process efficiency, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve SLA adherence
- Owns technical documentation, code review quality, CI/CD hygiene, and release readiness
- Mentors team members and contribute to architectural decisions and platform roadmap planning
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience in complex enterprise orgs
- Deep hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce metadata model
- Strong command of governor limits, bulkification, security model, and performance tuning
- Proven experience with integration design (REST/SOAP, async processing, error handling, retry patterns)
- Experience working in Agile teams with Git-based source control and deployment pipelines
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business processes into technical solutions
- Field Service experience is a must-have, including experience designing and supporting Work Order-centric operations, supporting FSL mobile and implementing solutions for Work Order Line Items and Product Request processes
- Integration experience is strongly preferred
- Build and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and downstream/upstream systems
- Use Named Credentials, secure auth patterns, and standardized integration frameworks for consistency
- Implement event-driven and asynchronous designs (Queueable/Batch/Platform Events where appropriate) for reliability and scale
- Own integration observability: logging, alerting, reconciliation, and support runbooks
- Model and map Salesforce service/field entities into Data Cloud structures
- Align data capture with reporting, activation, and predictive use cases
- Enforce data quality controls (dedupe, standardization, validation, lineage) from source to activation
- Support use cases that connect operational data (service history, work orders, partner activity) to customer intelligence
