Mindlance is seeking an early-career professional for the role of Junior Business Applications Analyst. The successful candidate will support application development, reporting, data analysis, and system enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 0–6 years of experience in software development, data analysis, reporting, or enterprise applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Exposure to enterprise applications such as Workday, Workforce Planning, Analytic Tools, or similar systems
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Basic understanding of integrations or APIs
• Knowledge of Agile or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with testing concepts (test scenarios, test cases)
