Caprium Inc is hiring for a Customer Success Manager to join an AI-powered platform for the dental industry. The role involves managing a portfolio of dental practices, ensuring successful onboarding, driving product adoption, and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance overall satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of dental practices, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic partner
- Lead onboarding and implementation, ensuring practices are set up for success and reaching value quickly
- Drive product adoption by understanding each practice's workflows and mapping the platform's capabilities to their goals
- Monitor account health, proactively identifying risks and opportunities using usage data and customer signals
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews that connect platform usage to outcomes like patient retention, collections, and operational efficiency
- Own renewals and partner with Sales on expansion opportunities within your accounts
- Be the voice of the customer internally, channeling feedback to Product, Support, and Engineering
- Develop best practices, playbooks, and resources that help customers — and the CS team — scale
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- A track record of driving adoption, retention, and growth across a book of business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage everyone from front-desk staff to practice owners
- Comfort with data — you can read account health metrics and turn them into action
- A proactive, organized, ownership-driven mindset; you anticipate problems before they escalate
- Empathy and patience working with non-technical users adopting new technology
- An appetite for early-stage risk and the upside that comes with getting in at the ground floor
- Coaches and consultants with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience
- Experience in the dental, healthcare, or DSO space
- Familiarity with practice management systems, EHR, or clinical/operational software
- Experience working at an early- or growth-stage startup
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and the ability to explain them simply
