IFG - International Financial Group is seeking an Influencer Program Manager to support a leading gaming studio. The role involves planning and executing influencer campaigns, managing creator partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand engagement within the gaming community.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with major game launches and marketing initiatives
- Manage day-to-day creator partnerships, including outreach, briefing, scheduling, and campaign execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Social, Product Marketing, Creative, Legal, and external agencies
- Identify and engage creators across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
- Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, asset delivery, and launch activities
- Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and contribute to post-campaign reporting
- Build authentic relationships with creators while ensuring campaigns align with brand values
Requirements:
- 5+ years of overall professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Talent Marketing
- Experience working with gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with campaign reporting, analytics, and performance measurement
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience working with game publishers or gaming brands
- Knowledge of the Minecraft creator ecosystem is a strong plus
- Familiarity with influencer management tools, CRM workflows, and Office 365
