Salesforce Business Analyst

Tek Leaders Inc is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Salesforce, and supporting various implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
• Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications and user stories
• Support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations across multiple business units
• Analyze and improve business processes using Salesforce best practices
• Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and functional design documents
• Manage and prioritize product backlog items in Agile/Scrum environment
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the SDL
• Support CRM modernization and digital transformation initiatives
• Assist with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and case management solutions
