Pond & Company is an award-winning, full-service architecture, engineering, planning, construction management, and environmental services firm. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support their U.S. Air Force program, responsible for managing project teams and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams
- Overseeing sub-consultants
Requirements:
- Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 5+ years of experience within an architecture, engineering, or construction organization, preferably supporting Federal clients
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Professional Registration (PE or RA) required
- Thorough knowledge of facilities design and construction, contract management, project delivery, and client relationship management
- Experience with Federal contracting, procurement processes, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and/or other relevant software
- Ability to work onsite in Cape Canaveral, FL on a full-time basis
- Occasional attendance at meetings and off-site events; must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
- Position may require occasional travel
- Must be able to travel internationally, if required, via passport or other official documentation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC); access to federal installations may require additional security credentials and the ability to obtain a security clearance
- Air Force experience strongly preferred
