BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is hiring a Sr. Business & Cyber Analyst to support modernization initiatives across the enterprise Business and Cyber Resilience Program. This role involves leading efforts in the resilience lifecycle, including risk assessments and recovery strategy development, to enhance the organization's ability to address cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all IS disaster recovery plans to ensure appropriate prioritization of computer systems restoration during a DR event
- Providing leaderships and coordination for integrated testing of all elements of a business continuity program; an advocate for DR planning; inspire program enhancements
- Directing the efforts of enterprise-wide teams to facilitate continuity methodologies and strategies by integrating business requirements and technical solutions
- Make recommendations to improve business continuity and disaster recovery plans and planning; conducts appropriate research to maintain awareness of industry developments; identifies vulnerabilities, develops options to provide continued availability of business functions
- Employees may be required to participate in a weekly on-call rotation
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, computer information systems, healthcare, or relevant field or equivalent work experience required
- 5 years - Experience in Business Recovery and/or Disaster Planning required
- 3 years - Experience in program/project methodology process design, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methods required
- Business continuity or related professional certification required (DRII, BCI, BRCCI, IAEM, or related certification)
- Must possess a solid understanding of Information Technology, Information Security, and Cyber Resilience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ethic
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational and research skills
