We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Technical
Consultant with expertise in Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Revenue Cloud Advanced)
to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between client
business processes and Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration,
customization, and adoption of Revenue Cloud functionalities. The ideal
candidate will combine technical expertise with strong client-facing skills to
deliver tailored solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities

Engage
with clients to understand their business processes and identify
Salesforce and Revenue Cloud needs.

Analyze
client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored
Salesforce solutions, focusing on Revenue Cloud.

Provide
expertise on Salesforce functionality, features, and potential
limitations, especially within Revenue Cloud modules.

Design
and present Salesforce solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating
benefits and strategic fit.

Collaborate
with Salesforce developers and IT professionals to ensure accurate
implementation of chosen solutions.

Oversee
customization and configuration of Salesforce CPQ and RCA to meet client
specifications.
-
Conduct
training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective
adoption of Salesforce CPQ / RCA solutions.

Provide
ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and
optimization of Salesforce applications.

Stay
current with Salesforce trends and innovations to provide informed
recommendations.

Document
consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations,
and feedback.
Requirements
Requirements & Competencies
-
Proven
experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role
in IT or software consulting.

Hands-on
experience with Salesforce development and documentation, particularly
with Revenue Cloud.

Familiarity
with Salesforce deployment and project lifecycle management.

Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing
interaction.

Ability
to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for
non-technical clients.

Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or
projects simultaneously.

Fluency
in English.
