MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• Supporting daily logistics and transportation activities related to import and export shipments.
• Assisting with container and equipment administration, reports, data verification and basic operational follow-up.
• Supporting cargo and documentation processes to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling.
• Assisting with booking requests, transport orders and operational requests in cooperation with internal departments and external service providers.
• Supporting communication with terminals, depots, forwarding companies and other logistics partners.
• Maintaining data accuracy in company systems and supporting document archiving activities.
• Providing administrative and operational support to Customer Service and Logistics teams.
• Learning shipping, container transportation and supply chain processes in an international environment.
• Student in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics or related field.
• Interest in logistics, maritime transportation, and international trade.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent English (must).
• Previous internship or part-time experience in logistics, forwarding or customer service will be an advantage.
